Software Sales Executive (B2B HR Software)

We are seeking a highly driven Software Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team, focused on selling enterprise HR software solutions to factories and large organizations. The role requires full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Own the entire sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing. Proactively generate and manage a strong pipeline of B2B leads (mid-market & enterprise). Engage with HR, IT, and business decision-makers, understanding operational pain points and positioning the solution accordingly. Conduct solution-based demos tailored to factories and complex HR environments. Prepare commercial proposals and coordinate with technical teams on scope and requirements. Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasting, and weekly sales reports. Act as the primary owner of assigned accounts until deal closure and handover.
