Key Responsibilities

Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings using SOLIDWORKS
Develop mechanical designs for industrial equipment, machinery, and products
Perform simulation and stress analysis (FEA) for design validation
Generate GD&T-compliant manufacturing drawings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development cycles
Maintain design documentation and revision control
Support prototyping and production teams with technical expertise
Stay updated with SOLIDWORKS latest features and industry best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of professional SOLIDWORKS experience (certification preferred)
Expertise in:
3D Modeling & Surfacing
Sheet Metal Design
Weldments & Large Assemblies
Simulation (FEA/CFD)
PDM/PLM Systems
Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles
Experience with manufacturing processes (CNC, injection molding, fabrication)
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Inventor, or other CAD tools (preferred)
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
