A Solution Architect specializing in Business Intelligence (BI) Platforms & Automation plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust BI solutions that enable organizations to harness their data effectively. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of BI solutions that meet business objectives and requirements.

• Ensure BI platforms and automation tools are aligned with organizational goals and technology strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during solution implementation phases.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies and methodologies to improve data processes.
• Facilitate the migration and integration of legacy systems into modern BI platforms.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for stakeholders, including architecture and design specifications.
• Conduct regular performance audits and optimize BI solutions for better efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure data security and compliance standards are consistently upheld across all solutions.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate new BI and automation technologies and solutions.
• Develop training materials and provide training sessions for users and stakeholders on BI tools and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BI and data management roles or similar positions.
• Proven expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong experience in developing strategies for data integration, data quality, and data management.
• Proficiency in automation tools and technologies that enhance BI capabilities and workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex BI projects from inception to completion.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
