Roles & Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

  • Domain Expertise
    • 10+ years in payments/financial services technology with at least 5 years in acquiring solutions.
    • Strong knowledge of merchant acquiring, POS, eCommerce acquiring, ISO management, scheme settlement, and disputes/chargebacks.
    • Familiarity with switches, gateways, APIs, HSM, ISO 8583/20022 messaging, and card scheme specifications.
  • Technical Skills
    • Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF/Zachman).
    • Expertise in microservices, API-first architecture, event-driven systems, and cloud-native deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
    • Proficiency in databases (SQL/NoSQL), middleware, security frameworks, and monitoring tools.
  • Leadership Skills
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience in vendor evaluation, RFPs, and solution selection.
