About Solutions Plus UAE

Solutions plus is a fully-owned Mubadala Company. We were founded in 2014 to provide BPO, Digital and Facility Management Services to the Group and its family of companies. Originally called MDC BMS, we rebranded in 2023 to Solutions Plus. Now almost ten years old, we’ve grown to a team of over 300 people with a number of suppliers and partners across 15 sites. Most of all, we’ve established an incredible track record of delivering real value across sectors ranging from Aerospace, Defence & Security, Healthcare, Energy, Utilities & Mining to ICT and Real Estate.
