Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In this context, we wish to strengthen our team and are recruiting a:
Recruitment Research Officer, Casablanca

Main responsibilities:
To define the desired profiles with the recruitment officers
Sort the CVs from the job posting responses
Detecting suitable profiles on CV databases and professional social networks (LinkedIn)
Contact and assess candidates by telephone based on selection criteria (linguistic aspects, motivations, skills, etc.)
Write up summary elements following the telephone interviews
Propose pre-qualified candidates for interview to the recruitment officer
Follow up on recruitment files until the end of the assignment
Update candidate files.
Workplace: Casablanca, Morocco
Proposed contract: Self-employed status
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile :
Diploma (m/e) from a higher education program
Perfect mastery of the French language, both written and spoken
Dynamism, curiosity
Ability to persuade and rigor
Analytical and synthesis skills
Communication and organizational skills, team spirit
Adaptability and open-mindedness
My proficiency with computer tools (Internet, Office, Outlook)
Available for training abroad
