Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Support the sourcing team in managing the end-to-end procurement process from order to delivery
  • Assist in identifying sourcing opportunities through market research and supplier analysis
  • Contribute to the development of multi-sourcing strategies under senior guidance
  • Coordinate logistics and delivery processes for consumer electronics across multiple regions
  • Support RFx processes, including preparing documentation and supplier communication
  • Assist in price comparisons, commercial evaluations, and supplier selection
  • Help manage supplier relationships and act as a point of contact for day-to-day coordination
  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality standards
  • Support analysis of market trends and pricing within the consumer electronics sector
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as supply chain, finance, and operations
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and reporting documentation
  • Assist in tracking product lifecycle aspects, including after-sales and warranty considerations
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sourcing function

Desired Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:

  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain (internships included)
  • Basic understanding of sourcing processes and supplier management
  • Interest in consumer electronics and general awareness of market trends (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and eager-to-learn mindset
  • Basic knowledge of RFx processes is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
