Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Sous Chef Bakery, you are responsible for production (kneading, shaping, baking) and the quality of bread and pastries. You supervise the team, manages stocks, ensures compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP) and replace the head baker in his absence.
