Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of spa and wellness treatments including massage therapies, facials, body rituals, and holistic wellness sessions in line with Rosewood standards.
- Personalize every guest journey through intuitive consultation, service customization, and sincere connection.
- Maintain the highest levels of hygiene, presentation, and ambience in all treatment and wellness areas.
- Uphold and exceed Forbes and LQA service expectations across all guest interactions.
- Promote wellness products and programs with integrity, ensuring guests receive genuine recommendations aligned with their needs.
- Support the Spa & Wellness leadership in developing signature treatments, rituals, and seasonal wellness offerings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create seamless, memorable spa journeys from arrival to farewell.
- Ensure all treatment records, product usage logs, and service reports are accurately maintained.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance with KSA Spa licensing standards.
- Participate in regular training, skill certification, and personal development programs to maintain technical and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience as a Spa or Wellness Therapist in a luxury resort or wellness retreat environment.
- Proven expertise in at least two of the following: deep tissue, aromatherapy, reflexology, facial treatments, Thai or hot stone massage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to connect authentically with a diverse global clientele.
- Passionate about wellness, mindfulness, and creating restorative guest experiences.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Prior pre-opening or ultra-luxury brand experience preferred.
