Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Give detailed tour of spa area, provide explanation on when and how to use all spa amenities and facilities
- Guide guest at appropriate times to location to meet service provider
- Provide warm and sincere closing upon completion of service sequence
- Learn and use guests name whenever possible
- Adjust service to suit guests requests, personalised to meet their needs
- Use a Heartist approach make the guests Feel Welcome, Feel Heart-Warmed, Feel Incredible and Belong
- Monitor guests use of facilities and ensure their safety
- Efficiency of work to keep work area clean and tidy at all times
- Maintain an ample supply of massage oils, professional products, towels, sheets and other necessary items
- Timeliness in reporting dysfunctional equipment to supervisor for follow-up
- Assist with treatment types and retail product recommendation whenever consulted
- Efficiency of work to maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, spa preparation room, retail display cabinets etc.
- Cleanliness and work safety in equipment handling, beverage preparation and service areas
- Participate in training activities to improve knowledge and skills
- Follow guidelines provided in Colleague Handbook
- Understand emergency procedures, health & safety requirements, lost & found procedures
- Maintain collaborative working relationships with colleagues & supervisors / managers
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in related club or spa environment
- Spoken and written English
- Interpersonal skills
- People-oriented and Team player
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Looks presentable
