Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain full understanding of the hotel s wellness philosophy and lead spa operations accordingly
- Stay current with wellness and spa industry developments to enhance guest offerings
- Ensure spa treatments, classes, and wellness facilities remain relevant and high-quality
- Review and assess equipment and treatment standards to meet sustainability and wellness objectives
- Maintain performance benchmarks, service guidelines, and quality standards
- Monitor guest comments, resolve service concerns, and implement improvements
- Support continuous rejuvenation and innovation within the spa experience
- Ensure adherence to operational, safety, and hygiene requirements for all spa activities

Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in luxury spas or wellness facilities
- Hospitality diploma or degree preferred
- Training in anatomy and physiology, massage therapy, beauty therapy (NVQ, ITEC, CIDESCO preferred)
- Strong understanding of spa treatments, beauty products, and wellness technologies
- Service-focused, detail-oriented, self-driven, and energetic
- Fluent English communication
