Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients with a warm, professional attitude.

  • Handle bookings, cancellations, and client inquiries using spa software.

  • Manage the front desk, answer calls/emails, and assist walk-in clients.

  • Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.

  • Support spa operations with basic admin tasks (inventory, billing, reporting).

  • Promote spa services, packages, and products.

  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience as a Spa Receptionist or in a similar role.

  • Comfortable working with booking and POS software.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Positive, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
