Roles & Responsibilities
Our spa specialists play an important role in supporting several vital spa functions.
Our spa specialists take initiative and offer a wide range of services to ensure our clients have a memorable experience.
Whether handling spa service promotion or retail sales, taking reservations and confirming appointments, answering questions about services, registering clients or processing payments, the spa specialist ensures that the client feels the transactions are part of the experience.
The role of the spa specialist means being on your feet and moving around (standing, sitting or walking for a long period of time); moving on sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces; managing reservation software (reading and verifying information visually), and getting your hands dirty in your job (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds (4.5 kg) unassisted and 25 pounds (11.4 kg) with assistance; reaching for objects above the head and below the knees, including bending, rotating the body, pulling and stooping).
It is essential that spa specialists perform all these tasks perfectly (and any other reasonable tasks assigned to them) - so our customers will always be satisfied and our business will continue to thrive.

Education level: Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
Related work experience: No related work experience.
Supervisory experience: No supervisory experience.
