Role Summary
Responsible for G&D topics within the region, driving portfolio growth and pipeline development. Acts as the main link between HQ and the region, ensuring the effective use of materials, tools, and training.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support negotiations depending on value and complexity (RM, ACM, CM).
- Train and develop the sourcing team on negotiation best practices.
- Ensure proper use of updated tools and materials.
- Coordinate with HQ and regional stakeholders to optimize agreements (committees, guarantees, competitiveness).
- Manage risk, monitor contracts, and anticipate renewals to optimize opportunities.
