Roles & Responsibilities
Raffles The Red Sea is seeking a professional and customer-focused Spa Supervisor to join our luxury resort in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. As the Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our world-class spa facility, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of skilled spa professionals.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of spa operations, including treatments, scheduling, and inventory
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of spa therapists and support staff to deliver outstanding service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase spa revenue
- Monitor and maintain the quality of spa treatments and services
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for product replenishment
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets and forecasts
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative spa treatments and services
- Collaborate with other departments to create integrated wellness experiences for guests
Desired Candidate Profile
3-5 years of experience in spa operations, with a proven track record in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proficiency in spa operations management, including scheduling and inventory control
- In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, products, and current wellness trends
- Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue management
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the spa industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant spa or beauty therapy certifications
- Experience in the luxury hospitality industry is highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
