Spa Therapist MOVENPICK

We are hiring a skilled and certified Spa Therapist who is passionate about wellness and committed to delivering relaxing, rejuvenating treatments to our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Being flexible in the working hours is essential
2. Help Spa to maintain a healthy working environment
3. Perfect grooming
4. Help his/her team to achieve sales, treatment targets through effective implantation of product communication
5. Ensure that effective training of the spa therapists is carried out on a regular basis, to ensure the treatments are carried out to our standards
6. Ensure that the therapists are fully trained in their respective treatments.
7. Ensure that the Spa operates with adequate stock at all times
8. Ensure that effective preventive maintenance procedures are in place for all equipment's
9. Ensure that hygiene and cleaning standards are adhered to
10. Ensure that all operational check lists are in place and effectively followed.
11. Manage by walking around at appropriate times and lead by personal example in terms of guest interaction
12. To massage clients maintaining the client's comfort at all times.
13. Perform all body treatments, as certified/trained to do so.
14. Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each massage.
15. Keep work area clean and neat at all times.
16. Maintain an ample inventory of all products necessary to perform all treatments offered.
17. The ability to courteously interact and answer all facility related questions with members and guests.

• Certification in massage therapy or spa treatments.
• Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment preferred.
• Calm, caring, and professional demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• First aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a spa or wellness center, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
