What You ll Do
* Deliver a range of spa services including massages, facials, body treatments, waxing, manicures, and pedicures in line with established standards
* Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene at all times
* Conduct consultations with guests to assess their needs and recommend suitable treatments
* Maintain strong product knowledge and advise guests on spa products and their benefits
* Promote retail items and spa services to enhance the guest experience and meet revenue goals
* Keep accurate records of treatments performed and products used
* Adhere strictly to hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure guest safety and comfort
* Ensure all spa equipment is maintained in proper working order and report any issues promptly
* Collaborate with fellow spa team members to deliver seamless guest experiences
* Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on new spa techniques, products, and industry trends
Ideal Profile
* Certification or diploma in massage therapy, spa therapy, or related field
* Previous experience as a spa therapist or wellness practitioner in a hotel or resort environment preferred
* Strong understanding of various massage modalities and body treatments
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Professional, presentable, and attentive to guest needs
* Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
* Team-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning and development
