Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate therapist performance and recommend operational improvements
- Lead, motivate, and mentor spa therapists to deliver consistent, exceptional treatments
- Guide daily spa operations, ensuring opening and closing procedures follow brand standards
- Set up treatment rooms and spa facilities according to Six Senses Spa protocols
- Prepare and submit training reports to the spa management and home office
- Conduct monthly training sessions and follow the individual development plans for each therapist
- Assess therapist treatment skills with the Assistant Spa Manager and Spa Manager
- Stay updated on massage and beauty therapy techniques, wellness trends, and spa innovations
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, security, and emergency procedures
- Safeguard guest privacy and handle personal data with confidentiality
- Upsell spa services, wellness programs, and property activities
- Participate in meetings and required training sessions
- Maintain rigorous adherence to LQA standards

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment
Recognized certifications in anatomy, physiology, massage therapy, and beauty therapy (NVQ, ITEC, CIDESCO, or equivalent)
Strong training, leadership, and communication abilities
Hands-on competency across massage, beauty, and holistic therapies
Up-to-date knowledge of global spa and wellness trends
Organized, guest-focused, and committed to delivering high-end service
