Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Educator to support children with disabilities.
The ideal candidate will provide tailored educational support, and work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to help each child reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt lessons and materials to ensure accessibility and active participation.
- Provide structured and supportive instruction in small groups or one-on-one settings.
- Collaborate with speech therapists, psychologists, and other specialists.
- Communicate regularly with families to involve them in their child s education.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support children with personal care needs when required, with dignity and respect.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for helping children thrive.
