Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage a variety of surgical conditions, including gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, endocrine, trauma, and soft tissue disorders.

  • Perform open and minimally invasive surgical procedures, including laparoscopy, endoscopy, and robotic-assisted surgeries.

  • Conduct preoperative and postoperative care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

  • Provide emergency and trauma surgery services as needed.

  • Assess and manage surgical complications, ensuring patient safety.

  • Interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging studies (X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds) and laboratory results.

  • Provide consultations and second opinions on surgical cases.

Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Medical degree (MD) or equivalent.

  • Board Certification or Fellowship in General Surgery 

  • Valid medical license to practice 

  • Additional training in laparoscopic, robotic, hepatobiliary, or colorectal surgery is an advantage.
