Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supports regular and needs based training needs analysis and elaboration of suitable training programs

Develops, sets-up and conducts trainings in defined areas incl. training curriculum definition, training content and material creation, conduction and monitoring

Provides advice and subject matter expertise in the area of training, within HR community and towards the business

Ensures adherence to globally defined policies, processes, tools and frameworks

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Degree: Master s degree in Human Resources
  • Experience: Working experience is required.
  • French language, fluently spoken and writing.
