Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities (Shall include but not limited to):

Evaluate new jobs, career structure, promotions, transfers and discuss compensation that are appropriate for the market.

Obtain knowledge base for addressing questions regarding compensation, employee benefits, and payroll issues in all operating regions through personal development and interaction with senior managers of each HR discipline.

Train and interact with supervisors and employees to raise awareness of employee benefits, compensation, and other reward programs.

Develop programs regarding payments, remuneration and benefits to ensure the best wage policy in place that takes the available resources into account.

Implement specific projects regarding compensation and benefits in accordance with the set HR policy to ensure that the organization s compensation and benefits policy can be realized smoothly.

Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and are aligned with company s strategy and business goals.

Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.

Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.

Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys.

Keep abreast with new trends and best practice in the field.

Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.

Ensure that compensation practices are following current laws and regulations.

Conduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reports.

Prepare, implement, and manage HR manual, policies, procedures, and general instructions.

Assist on project-based tasks as appropriate.

Assist in workforce planning efforts between operational areas and responsible Human Resource professionals as needed.

Active participation in functional department meetings as appropriate.

Desired Candidate Profile


Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor s Degree in business administration or Human Resources Management with previous working experience in similar field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems.

Knowledge in various types of incentives and benefits.

Knowledge in HRIS and MS Office.
