Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Centralize and coordinate all Head Office communications to stores.
  • Define, manage, and enforce weekly communication windows.
  • Own communication windows and ensure all departments respect approved timelines and channels.
  • Prevent ad-hoc or direct communication outside approved windows.
  • Structure messaging by priority, urgency, and operational impact.
  • Maintain clear communication protocols and escalation paths.
  • Serve as primary intake point for all store requests.
  • Consolidate, prioritize, and route requests to relevant departments.
  • Track progress through resolution.
  • Provide timely feedback and status updates to stores.
  • Daily coordination with Commercial, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Ensure store needs are addressed efficiently across departments.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Operations Leadership.
  • Maintain Excel trackers for store requests, actions, and turnaround times.
  • Produce regular summaries and insights.
  • Identify recurring operational gaps and execution risks.
  • Support standardized communication flows and accountability across Head Office.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong retail store operations background (Senior Store Manager level or equivalent).
  • Cross-functional retail experience.
  • Understanding of store execution, commercial, supply chain, and people operations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
