Develop, update, and maintain website pages, templates, and components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.

Implement frontend/backend enhancements, bug fixes, and feature requests based on approved specifications.

Coordinate with content owners to gather, format, and publish approved content; build landing and campaign pages as assigned.

Support SEO implementation (meta tags, structured data, sitemaps) and assist with analytics tagging and basic reporting.

Conduct regular quality checks on content, links, and cross-browser functionality.

Ensure accessibility compliance by following global standards and optimizing the site for inclusive user experiences across devices and assistive technologies.

Support content governance by enforcing brand guidelines, tone consistency, and formatting standards across all web pages and campaigns in coordination with Marketing team.

Troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems to leadership; maintain documentation of site architecture and processes.

Support deployment workflows, version control (Git), and testing environments as needed and build and maintain CI/CD pipelines

Assist on productivity enhancement via AI tools (incl. Agentic AI) & other custom portal deployments and workflow management across platforms.

Support CRM operations across teams (Zoho & HubSpot) by executing configuration tasks, data updates, and integrations as required.
