Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for children. � Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) for children with speech and language delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder, articulation issues, stammering, etc. � Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices. � Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team (OT, Psychologist, Teachers) to ensure holistic progress. � Monitor, document, and report child’s progress regularly. � Train and guide parents in home-based strategies to support therapy goals. � Stay updated with latest pediatric therapy approaches and techniques. � Maintain accurate case records and ensure confidentiality.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pediatric speech therapy (mandatory). � Must hold a DHA license or be willing to appear for the DHA exam. � Compassionate and dedicated towards helping children achieve their communication milestones. � Strong knowledge of speech and language development in children with Autism, speech delay, and developmental disorders. � Ability to design engaging, child-friendly therapy sessions. � Excellent communication skills to guide both children and parents effectively. � Team player with a passion for working in a pediatric rehabilitation setting.
