Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Mix paint and other materials according to specified ratios for consistency and color accuracy.
- Apply paint using various techniques, including spray guns, to achieve smooth and even finishes on different surfaces.
- Inspect finished work for quality assurance, checking for imperfections and touch-ups as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in painting is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in a spray painting role within manufacturing or automotive industries.
- Certification in paint application techniques or safety standards (e.g., OSHA) is preferred.
- Experience with industrial spray painting equipment and various types of coatings.
