Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end contract administration across multiple construction projects
Review, evaluate, and manage variations, claims, and change orders
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and legal teams for effective contract execution
Ensure strict compliance with contract terms, conditions, and project requirements
Support dispute resolution and provide commercial insights to minimize risks
Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and contractual obligations
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Title: Sr. Contracts Engineer Department: Commercial Department Functional Area: Contracts / Commercial Industry: Construction/Infrastructure
8–12 years of experience in Contracts Management within the construction industry
Strong exposure to residential, commercial, villas, and high-rise building projects
Good understanding of contract laws, FIDIC, and project commercial practices
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsCivil Infrastructure Projects.
