Sr. Cost Control Engineer

SKETCHURE

Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with budget.
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
Track project progress, costs, and identify variances.
Analyze cost reports and provide recommendations to management.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate cost allocation.
Review invoices, variations, and subcontractor payments.
Prepare periodic cost control reports and dashboards.

Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related).
3 7 years of experience in cost control, preferably in construction.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Proficiency in Excel and cost control/reporting tools.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
