Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Tax Audit report and Transfer Pricing Compliances.
Filing of Income tax annual return.
Ensure timely completion of Income tax and transfer pricing assessments .Working for submissions before CIT(Appeals) and ITAT.
Quarterly Advance tax working and timely Payment
Ensure timely tax Compliance.
Ensure timely payment of statutory payments.
Handling pending matters at various appellate authorities of Erstwhile Service tax law.
Monitoring and reporting of quarterly Related Party transactions and its disclosure as per Ind AS and Income tax requirements and to ensure that transactions are at arm length
Need based work in accounts finalization.
Desired Candidate Profile
BCOM , CA(Inter), CFA with 20 years of Experience in Direct, Indirect taxation and accounts.
GCC work experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.
