Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in hardware and network support.
Valid driving license is mandatory, and the candidate must own a car.
Strong ability to handle end-to-end IT hardware support, including:
o Desktop PCs and laptops
o CCTV systems
o Access control and biometric systems
o Structured network cabling
Working knowledge of Avaya IP Telephony and network switching technologies.
Experience in installing, configuring, and supporting engineering and design software, such as:
o AutoCAD
o 3D Max
o Adobe Photoshop
Well-versed in managing latest Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365, including email and user support.
Knowledge of video and audio-conferencing systems, including Microsoft Teams and related collaboration tools.
Mid-level knowledge of server maintenance, including backup configuration, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
Desired Candidate Profile
