Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 6–10 years of experience in Residential maintenance. Proven experience in handling preventive and corrective maintenance operations. Well-versed in CAFM systems and CRM platforms. Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and FM/Maintenance service standards. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of MEP maintenance processes Proficiency in CAFM and CRM systems Leadership and team supervision skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
