Sr. Project Control Engineer

Lead project control activities for large-scale Oil & Gas projects, ensuring cost, schedule, and risk management. Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, while coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project) and monitor critical paths.
• Track budgets, forecasts, and cost performance; manage variances and cost control.
• Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and risk mitigation plans.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and KPI updates for management and clients.
• Coordinate project control processes with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior project control staff and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 15+ years in project control for Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Strong experience with scheduling and cost control tools (Primavera, SAP).
• Knowledge of EVM, risk management, and project lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP, PSP, PRINCE2, or EVM certification
