Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the entire proposal lifecycle, from initial opportunity assessment to final submission, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines and quality standards.
- Conduct in-depth research to gather and analyze information necessary for compelling proposal content, including market trends, competitor analysis, and client-specific needs.
- Lead and facilitate proposal review meetings, providing constructive feedback and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on the proposal strategy and content.
- Develop and implement proposal templates and style guides to standardize the proposal process and enhance the overall quality of deliverables.
- Oversee the production and formatting of proposals, ensuring all documents are visually appealing, error-free, and compliant with client requirements.
- Track and analyze proposal win/loss rates, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to optimize the proposal process.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in proposal development, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance the team's capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Demonstrates a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in proposal coordination or management, with a proven track record of successfully winning proposals.
Exhibits a strong understanding of EPC contracting in the oil and gas industry, with experience in preparing proposals for both onshore and offshore projects.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Open to candidates of all nationalities, valuing diversity and inclusion.
Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional language skills are a bonus.
Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal automation software.
Exhibits strong soft skills, including exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Requires strong personal qualities, including a proactive, results-oriented attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
