Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients, from initial briefing to successful placement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels and assessment techniques.
Prepare and present candidate shortlists, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational culture.
Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
Provide market insights and consultative guidance to clients regarding talent trends and competitive intelligence.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system and other recruitment databases.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment projects and client satisfaction.
Participate in business development activities, including client meetings and proposal preparation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years and up to 6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successful placements across multiple industries or functions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in an office-based (on-site) setting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
