Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide and support the recruitment team to recruit the best calibers in quick time.
  • Follow up and communicate with all departments to know any updates for the recruitment needs.
  • Responsible for hiring all vacancies in company mainly blue collar ( Kitchen staff , hospitality staff )
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services , media and internet sites.
  • Maintain records and update database to keep up to date records of both vacancies and applicants.
  • Serve as company ambassador at various events, like job fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
  • Conduct orientation/onboarding sessions for candidates.
  • Preparing reports (manpower analysis, turnover analysis, exit interview analysis)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 6 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in mass hiring blue collars ( Food & Beverage field is an advantage).
  • Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Very Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
