Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
  • Identify and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Review resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer and onboarding.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • 35 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in technical roles.
  • GCC market exposure is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
