Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the residential and commercial pump industry sector.
Coordinate and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding pumps and pump systems, including industry trends and new product developments.
Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs effectively.
Prepare and deliver technical sales proposals and contract negotiations.
Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in target markets.
Achieve sales targets and quotas to drive company revenue growth.
Focus on Sales Target : may be 3 to 5 M AED.
Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical assistance and product education.
Desired Candidate Profile
project sales experience in UAE with products like: Valves, Pipes and pipe fittings, HVAC pumps, Sanitary fittings, Plumbing, Drainage pipes and fittings, Pressure gauges, Manhole covers, Fire pumps, Clean agent fire systems, GRP Water tanks and water heaters.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Diploma in Mechanical engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role in the pump industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
Strong technical understanding of pumps and related equipment is essential.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to sales. Familiar with CRM and ERP. Also Familiar with pump selection and MOC.
