Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell commercial coolers and refrigeration products.

  • Identify new business opportunities in Dammam and across KSA.

  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.

  • Conduct product presentations and site visits.

  • Provide after-sales support to maintain long-term partnerships.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends in Saudi Arabia.

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

  • Suggest strategies to increase market share.

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.

  • Ensure timely payment collection from clients.

  • Maintain updated customer records in CRM.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are hiring an experienced Sr Sales Executive Coolers in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in selling commercial coolers, refrigeration units, or HVAC cooling products in the KSA market.

This role is suitable for sales professionals who understand the Saudi market and can achieve sales targets while building strong client relationships.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cooler sales, refrigeration sales, or HVAC sales in KSA.

  • Strong knowledge of the Dammam and Eastern Province market.

  • Experience in B2B sales is highly preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Good knowledge of cooling products and refrigeration systems.

  • Valid KSA driving license (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with cooler manufacturing or distribution companies.

  • Strong network in retail, supermarkets, and commercial sectors.

  • Knowledge of Saudi market regulations.
