Roles & Responsibilities

Technical Competencies:

  • Experience with building end-end design patterns & solutions
  • Experience integrating the ATM eco-system with technologies including but not limited to micro-services, containers/ cloud-native technologies, event-streams, APIs, message-brokers and the like
  • Deep understanding of architectural patterns like micro-services, APIs
  • Good experience of enterprise architecture tools (Enterprise Architect), data modeling tools.

Core Objectives & Key Results (OKRs):

  • Deliver complete & self-sufficient solutions and/or design documents within agreed timelines.
  • Improve efficiency of the architecture design workflow or via automation
  • Follow an enhanced peer review process.
  • Perform reviews of Low-Level Design Documents (LLD) or its equivalent
  • Perform Production Readiness Reviews (PRR)
  • Perform quarterly reviews of products utilizing the Application Health Review Framework
  • Perform monthly reviews of product incidents and identify areas of improvement.
  • Close all architecture dispensations, risk, and technical debt.
  • Produce robust Solution analysis to support development of future team operational direction and activity.
  • Improve existing application through relevant designing modifications and use of existing out-of-box capabilities.
  • Work with other architects to ensure that the end-to-end solution work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the requirements.
  • Work with technical leads to design a solution that optimizes digital solution to satisfy clients use cases, strategy, and industry standards.
  • Adopt Documentation as Code (DaC) practices where possible.

Desired Candidate Profile

Domain Competencies:

  • Developing and designing of requirements for the CRM system in consultation with involved internal departments and subsidiaries.
  • Utilize best practices for CRM processes, user interface, and overall architecture.
  • Ensuring that all designs are created according to Siebel and internal ENBD development best practices.
  • Utilize best practices for CRM processes, user interface, and overall architecture.
  • 6+ years of experience working with a custom CRM solution (e.g., Siebel CRM or similar)
  • 3 years of extensive solution architecting experience on any standard COTS CRM solution Siebel.
  • Must have participated and/or led at least 3 projects performing (including but not limited to) either Siebel Configuration, Siebel System Administration, Workflows or Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)
