Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Whats on your plate?
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business, including key processes, strategies, and objectives.
Collaborate with various departments to gather data and information necessary for analysis and reporting, including financial data, customer behavior data, and operational data.
Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to business performance. Use statistical techniques and predictive modeling to develop strategic insights and recommendations.
Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior management. Develop visually appealing and easy-to-understand presentations to communicate complex information.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop recommendations to improve business performance. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to achieve business goals.
Develop financial models to support forecasting and planning activities. Use financial modeling techniques to forecast revenue, costs, and profitability, and provide recommendations for achieving financial targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and support business initiatives. Work closely with other teams to identify process improvement opportunities, provide analytical support, and develop recommendations for driving business growth.
Provide ad hoc analysis and support as needed. Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions and provide analytical support for special projects as needed.
Act as a role model for team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Economics, Business or Engineering.
- Have at least 4+ years of experience working in a startup or consultancy.
- A-grade presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work with data
- Ability to assess the issues with a process, collect feedback, build a framework and work cross-functionally to solve problems.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ambitious, self-starter who can manage through ambiguity.
- Willing to question the status quo when needed.
