SUMMARY:

The Sr. Stores Supervisor responsible for managing inventory, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of goods, and maintaining proper documentation for all store-related activities. This role supports the supply chain by ensuring materials and products are available when needed, and inventory is accurately

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of spare parts.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate labeling and storage of electronic components to avoid damage or misplacement.
• Oversee return and disposal of obsolete or damaged items.

Warehouse Operations:

• Supervise receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of spare parts.
• Ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Implement best practices for space utilization and material handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse according to safety standards.

Team Supervision:

• Lead and train a team of warehouse staff and technicians.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability.

System and Reporting:

• Use WMS/ERP systems to track inventory, shipments, and returns.
• Generate and analyze warehouse performance reports (e.g., order accuracy, cycle counts, downtime).
• Collaborate with procurement and service teams to forecast demand for spare parts.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct routine inspections to prevent hazards and accidents.
• Coordinate with internal QA/QC teams for parts validation and quality control.

EXPERIENCE:

• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in managing Consumer electronics Spare Parts Store / Warehouse management
• Expertise in distribution of consumer electronics in UAE, with focus on Spare Parts management
• Good written and spoken communication skills

QUALIFICATION:

• Graduate / High School
