Roles & Responsibilities
SUMMARY:
The Sr. Stores Supervisor responsible for managing inventory, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of goods, and maintaining proper documentation for all store-related activities. This role supports the supply chain by ensuring materials and products are available when needed, and inventory is accurately
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of spare parts.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate labeling and storage of electronic components to avoid damage or misplacement.
- Oversee return and disposal of obsolete or damaged items.
Warehouse Operations:
- Supervise receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of spare parts.
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Implement best practices for space utilization and material handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse according to safety standards.
Team Supervision:
- Lead and train a team of warehouse staff and technicians.
- Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability.
System and Reporting:
- Use WMS/ERP systems to track inventory, shipments, and returns.
- Generate and analyze warehouse performance reports (e.g., order accuracy, cycle counts, downtime).
- Collaborate with procurement and service teams to forecast demand for spare parts.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct routine inspections to prevent hazards and accidents.
- Coordinate with internal QA/QC teams for parts validation and quality control.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in managing Consumer electronics Spare Parts Store / Warehouse management
- Expertise in distribution of consumer electronics in UAE, with focus on Spare Parts management
- Good written and spoken communication skills
QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate / High School
