Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop project management framework and sign off on the Engineering brief.
  • Prepare master project plan with activity-level breakdowns, milestones, resource plans, timelines, and risk identification.
  • Provide inputs to planning department for scheduling, critical path identification, and project monitoring.
  • Define and implement policies, practices, and SOPs for all project operations ensuring cross-department adherence.
  • Manage finalization of project drawings in coordination with Architecture team and consultants.
  • Review, validate, and approve design documentation ensuring alignment with project brief, budgets, and feasibility.
  • Drive value engineering and innovation to optimize quality and cost outcomes during design and construction.
  • Lead contractor empanelment by reviewing scope of work, BOQ, quality standards, and timelines for contracts.
  • Finalize contractual terms for structural, MEP, finishing, façade, and specialist packages.
  • Monitor procurement to ensure delivery schedules, quality standards, and quantities adherence.
  • Manage contractor on-site performance by tracking progress, resolving bottlenecks, and enforcing contracts.
  • Define and enforce QA/QC norms ensuring compliance with quality standards and codes.
  • Conduct structured quality audits and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Ensure material testing, inspections, and quality documentation conform to project specifications.
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and labour laws for a safe working environment.
  • Obtain necessary licenses, NOCs, and statutory approvals before and during construction.
  • Identify project risks across design, execution, procurement, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and backup plans.
  • Escalate significant risks to Project Head with mitigation recommendations.
  • Drive project delivery within fast-tracked timelines.
  • Monitor and control project costs aligned with budgets and proactively address overruns.
  • Coordinate with Budgeting & Costing team to track, control, and report execution costs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven real estate construction leader with technical depth and commercial acumen.
  • Experience leading large-scale high-rise residential, commercial, or hospitality projects from planning through possession.
  • Exposure to fast-tracked construction programmes with compressed timelines.
  • Experience managing multi-package contracts and large contractor ecosystems.
  • Sound technical knowledge of structural systems, MEP, finishing, and external development.
  • Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control of multiple workstreams.
  • Good understanding of contract documentation, BOQ management, and contract administration.
  • Leadership ability to drive cross-functional teams (design, procurement, commercial, quality, HSE) towards delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders including consultants, contractors, regulatory bodies, and leadership.
  • High ownership, accountability, and urgency aligned with a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
