Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expertly interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to fabricate stainless steel components with precision.
  • Meticulously measure, cut, shape, and weld stainless steel materials, ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards and tolerances.
  • Operate a variety of fabrication equipment, including but not limited to, welding machines (TIG, MIG), plasma cutters, and grinders, maintaining their optimal performance.
  • Thoroughly inspect finished products for defects, making necessary adjustments to ensure flawless results and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Completion of a certified welding program or apprenticeship is highly preferred.
  • Possession of relevant welding certifications (e.g., AWS) is a significant advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in stainless steel fabrication, demonstrating proficiency in various welding techniques.
