STATIC FOREMAN

Static Foreman supports and leads technical teams in executing shutdown and maintenance activities on static equipment ensuring safety, quality and timely completion.

Responsible for leading technicians and fitters in the dismantling, reassembly, maintenance, and testing of static equipment such as heat exchangers, pressure vessels, columns, tanks, piping and reactors. Ensures compliance with safety procedures and job sequencing.

• Execute job instructions from Static Supervisor/Engineer
• Lead crew for opening, blinding, gasket replacement & flange torqueing
• Supervise tube bundle pulling, bundle hydrojet cleaning & reinstallation
• Ensure proper alignment and tightening of equipment and piping connections
• Maintain tools, work permits, scaffolding requirements & job safety compliance
• Coordinate with rigging team for heavy lifts and equipment positioning
• Monitor progress and report job status or any issues to Supervisor
• Support leak test, pneumatic & hydro testing preparation

Tools & Technical Expertise

• Basic hydraulic tools (jacks, torque wrench, impact wrench)
• Bolt tightening & gasket installation
• Flange management knowledge
• Confined space and working-at-height awareness
