Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze and design statistical report to Head of Statistics Dept. and to the management.
Supervise daily, monthly and yearly statistical report.
Design, analyze, interpret and present monthly and yearly reports.
Implement head of statistic plans and recommendations such as the design of statistical reports in the Care ware.
Perform data analysis to the management.
Analyze and interpret medical data prepared by Medical Staff.
Develops and co-ordinates the Quality Improvement Program within his/her area of responsibilities.
Fully aware and actively implement the departmental policies and procedures, local and international standards or requirements related to the department.
Actively involves in indicator development, data collection for the department and to measure the performance of the function, process, and outcome. Whenever required, conducts analysis and interpretation of data/information collected.
Participate in hospital Safety Management & Risk Management Programs. Actively reports incidents in the system and whenever needed, participates in incident review, and root cause analysis.
Performs other applicable tasks assigned within the level of his competence as required by the Dept. Head, Executive Manager, Medical Superintendent, Chairman of the Board and upon request.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 years? experience in related field
Experience in Healthcare setting
Bachelor Degree in Statistics/Mathematics
Preferably with master Degree in Statistics
