Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the Foreman in supervising daily site activities and workforce allocation.
Communicate instructions clearly from the Foreman/Site Engineer to the workforce.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor productivity and ensure targets are achieved within timelines.
Check tools, equipment, and materials before starting work.
