Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness across all kitchen tools and workstations
- Support chefs and service teams by ensuring all required items are available
- Assist with inventory checks, replenishing supplies, and organizing storage areas
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Ensure safe handling of chemicals and cleaning tools
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient back-of-house environment

- Dishwashing and equipment cleaning
- Hygiene and sanitation knowledge
- Inventory and restocking support
- Safe handling of cleaning materials

Desired Candidate Profile
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
High school diploma or equivalent
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliability, discipline, and attention to detail
