Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for the cleaning, disinfection and order of the F&B areas.
Responsible for cleaning, maintenance and distribution of all materials that belong to the F&B department.
Responsible for the order, stocks and supply transfers from the storage house.
Work with employees working on all shifts in order to distribute duties.
Actively take part in all operations and ensure that operations are carried out seamlessly.
Monitor the buffet preparation equipment and hand them over to the buffet attendant fully functional.
Assist his/her seniors and assume the full responsibility of the department in their absence.
Control the entry/exit and break hours of employees.
Control the washing cycle of the dishwasher to ensure that the proper cycle is used and correct it, if necessary.
Handle requests placed by juniors and, when necessary, report them to his/her seniors.
Control garbage collection and the garbage areas and ensure that the necessary arrangements are made.
Take part in the Emergency Response Teams.
Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facilities.
Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.
Education: At least a primary school diploma.
Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience or 1 year of work experience in a lower position and experience with applying the main principles and/or different methods. Foreign Language: Not required.
Courses and Training: Prior attendance in trainings in the related field.
Computer Literacy: Not required.
Skills: Expected to possess advanced level of knowledge of standard work routines and general kitchen rules. Expected to perform simple, specific and standard tasks that are generally repetitive.
