Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, equipment, and workstations, ensuring a hygienic environment for food preparation.
- Efficiently wash and sanitize all dishware, glassware, and utensils, adhering to strict hygiene standards to prevent contamination.
- Assist in the organization and storage of food supplies, ensuring proper rotation and minimizing waste, contributing to cost efficiency.
- Collect and dispose of kitchen waste and trash, following established protocols to maintain a clean and odor-free environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possession of a Food Handler's Certificate or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
