Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Min 12th pass
  • Fresher or Minimum 1 year of experience as a Steward / Waiter in 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant will be Advantage
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
  • Age: 18 to 30 years preferred.
  • Diploma in hotel management will be advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve guests professionally with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Arranging food for the guest
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve as per hotel standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service at all times.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.
  • Follow all safety and hygiene standards.
