Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Min 12th pass
- Fresher or Minimum 1 year of experience as a Steward / Waiter in 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant will be Advantage
- Good communication skills in English.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
- Age: 18 to 30 years preferred.
- Diploma in hotel management will be advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests professionally with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Arranging food for the guest
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve as per hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Follow all safety and hygiene standards.
